FAQ & Policies
Booking & payment
How does the deposit work?
A 25% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received.
When is the rest due?
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept major cards through our booking page.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability, and your deposit moves to the new date. Cancellations forfeit the deposit; payments beyond the deposit are refunded if you cancel 14 or more days before the event.
Planning your space
What space and power do you need?
A flat 10 × 10 ft area and a standard outlet within 25 ft. If space is tight, tell us and we’ll plan a setup that fits.
How long does setup take?
We arrive about an hour before your start time to set up, and need about 45 minutes after to pack down. Setup time isn’t counted in your booth hours.
How many guests can one booth handle?
One booth comfortably serves up to about 150 guests. For bigger guest lists, or if you want shorter lines, consider adding extra hours.
Outdoor events
Can the booth go outside?
Yes. We need a covered, level spot out of direct sun, like a tent or covered patio, with power nearby. Wind and bright sun affect the backdrop and photos, so shade makes a big difference.
What’s the rain plan?
If there’s rain or strong wind in the forecast, we’ll move the booth to a covered or indoor area you’ve chosen ahead of time. If there’s no safe covered space, we’ll work with you to find another option on the day.
Anything else to know for outdoor events?
Let us know if the event runs past sunset so we can plan lighting, and if power is only available from a generator.
After the event
When do we get our photos?
Prints are ready in seconds, and guests with The Reel can share instantly. Your full online gallery is ready within 48 hours, and a highlight video add-on follows within a week.
How long is the gallery available?
Your online gallery stays up for at least 30 days, so there’s time to download everything you want to keep.
